Who actually does the roof work?
Roof work booked through West End Roof Repair is performed by Loyalty Roofing Inc., a California licensed roofing contractor based in Norco (CSLB License #1152913, C39 Roofing). You can look up the license on the Contractors State License Board website.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. A roofer comes out, looks at the roof and gives you a written price. There is no charge for the estimate.
Which cities do you cover?
Upland, Rancho Cucamonga (including Alta Loma and Etiwanda), Montclair and Claremont. If you are just outside those, call and ask.
Can you just fix the leak instead of selling me a new roof?
Yes, and most of the time that is the right answer. A new roof only makes sense when repairs have stopped lasting or most of the roof is worn out. If both options are possible, you get both prices.
My tile roof leaks. Do I need all new tile?
Usually not. Concrete and clay tile last for decades. The paper under the tile is what wears out. A re-lay replaces the paper and puts your tile back.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. Call your insurer first, then us. We document the damage with photos and can meet the adjuster at the house.
How fast can someone come out?
For water coming in now, call and we will get a crew out as fast as the weather and the schedule allow. For estimates, usually within a few days.
